Mr. D visits the client regularly at their home, place of business or other assigned collection point, to collect the full envelope and deliver an empty envelope with a payment remission slip.
If the client is not present or does not have the full cash amount of their Income Surrender at collection time, Mr. D executes the steps that are laid out in their Individualized Security Plan.
The Credit/Debit portion of future income surrender payments will be drafted two business days before each collection visit.
Additional tips of cash, coin and precious metals are allowed and encouraged, however they must be reported on the payment remission slip. A matching transaction will be added to the next Credit/Debit payment.
Clients receive quarterly account statements that are detailed and transparent, yet discreet enough to share with an accountant or financial advisor.
